Description

Assisting with Licensing, Contracting and Appointment Process, Temp to Perm, $15/hr Works internally with other departments, and externally with carriers and associates/agents to promptly respond to all licensing and contracting inquiries.Provides unlicensed associates with the necessary information required to obtain their licenses.Provides licensed agents with the necessary information to maintain their resident and non-resident licenses.Provides alternative contracting solutions when initial options are not possible.Reviews submitted contracting requests by associates/agents to ensure they meet current company standards.Ensures all inquiries involving licensing and contracting are answered promptly and meet current company standards.Follows up promptly for missing information.Ensures all internal department inquiries, involving licensing and contracting, are answered promptly and meet current company standards.Maintains follow-up schedule to ensure carrier completes contracting and appointments in a timely manner.Utilizes appropriate support system to track and record agent appointments and licensing to meet current company standards.Builds relationships with each carrier to improve the licensing and contracting process.Ensures communication with carriers meets company standards.Answers incoming calls/e-mails and escalates to appropriate department when unable to answer.Processes changes to an associate’s profile/account.Provides support to the field which includes: processing agent promotions, hierarchy changes and system troubleshooting.Processes associate membership resignations and reinstatement.Provides a variety of administrative support to other departments to include: updating records, creating and maintaining reports, and assisting with other special projects as assigned by Manager.Helps agents serve their clients with in-force policies.
