Description
Farm equipment operation including planting, spraying, harvest, and trucking.
Applying fertilizer and chemicals accurately.
Equipment maintenance and repair on equipment, trucks and implements.
Run trucks to deliver diesel, seed, chemicals,fertilizer and equipment to fields.
Assist with turning on/off irrigation and conduct repairs on irrigation systems.
Maintain an operate organization and cleanliness in the shop and equipment.
Assist in all areas of the farm as needed.
Assist with cattle care and fencing.
Strong personal motivation along with strong moral values and a commitment to the betterment of the operation.
Ability to work extended hours during the busy season.
Prior experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment and/or farm.
Competitive wage bases on experience along with potential for bonus.
