Description

Peak season for migratory songbirds. If the winds & weather cooperate, we could see many flycatchers, sparrows, warblers, and orioles. Palmyra can be an excellent inland site to enjoy spring migration. The park’s woodlands, wetlands, and proximity to the Delaware River should give us a chance to see a wide variety of birds from herons through hawks to swallows, sparrows, and warblers.
