Experienced Field Supervisor wanted for an Insurance based contents restoration company in the East Valley. The right candidate will portray a kind, outgoing and a “will do” attitude with the willingness to succeed and grow in their position. Must have experience in the insurance restoration industry and preferably with Pack Out, Pack Back, Contents Cleaning and Textiles knowledge. The ideal candidate will have past management/supervisory knowledge and can comfortably manage a crew of 3 or more individuals on a daily basis. This role will occasionally request that you operate a company vehicle therefore a Valid Driver license is required. Knowledge on how to operate a Forklift is a plus. The candidate will be expected to perform in extreme climates as some situations require lifting and moving boxes and/or heavy items in the summer season. We are a 24hr emergency response company and candidate must be okay with working late hours, over time hours and weekends as needed.
