Job Overview: Our Maintenance Tech. II will be paid a starting rate of $15.50 per hour and be a non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period. A Maintenance Tech. II will be asked to perform the following duties, including, and not limited to: - Maintain and troubleshoot all plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs - Assist Cleaners and Maintenance Techs with maintaining the cleanliness of buildings, such as: cutting grass, shoveling snow, picking up trash, cleaning the floors, picking up trash, cleaning roof drains, changing HVAC filters, patching small holes, and other tasks as needed - Complete all work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner -Retain a working knowledge of maintenance programs -Abide by Fair Housing Act requirements and attend training as assigned -Attend daily site briefings with site manager -Abide by company policies and directives Mandatory Requirements: -Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, stand on feet for extended periods of time, work in changing environmental conditions, and climb, crouch, kneel, and maneuver up and down stairs, and ladders with no difficulty Preferred Experience/Knowledge: -2-3 years of maintenance experience and/or related training with apartment complexes -High School Diploma or GED Company: MRN, Ltd. is a family-owned real estate development, construction, and hospitality management company based in Cleveland, Ohio.
