If you legitimately want a bird there are rescues that have great birds for good people. You might have to travel an hour or two and adhere to some rules but if you are truly a bird person than that is the easiest part of properly taking a fid( feathered kid) in These guys are like having a two year old for 10 to 70 years. If you can't afford the bird you can't afford the proper care anyway. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAGED PET GET A HAMPSTER!
