Looking for workers to work for small landscaping businesses

Hello, I'm looking for a couple of workers to work me. I operate my own self employed landscaping business. Need to have reliable transportation to Cohasset Massachusetts. That's where we meet and head out to job sites from there. I will pay on a scale depending work experience. I am willing to train if you do not have any experience. We work roughly 40 hours week depending on weather. May work on some weekends. The day starts at 7:30am and ends around 3:30 to 4pm We have all equipment needed for work Please provide your own personal equipment. Example. work gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection. As well as lunch. Our lunch breaks are taken on site, so please bring a packed lunch.
