Cat / Kitten Lost around East Vancouver

15902 NE 4th St near 157th ave, Vancouver WA

I lost my male 1 year old kitten / cat yesterday after he went outside for his 1st time by himself. He did have a collar with my number but it prolly snapped off..He is near 155th ave-164th..maybe a lil further out? I'm on NE 15902 4th st.. I ended up finding him late last night around 12am in a driveway off 155th that look like military housing. He didn't come to me, I tried to catch him running back towards my house and almost got him in a bush, he escaped that, and then -LAST SEEN- went on to a fence at 15714 and might of went into the backyard of 15713..I've talked to both of those people and checked yards, so he could be anywhere around now. PLS HELP!
