DISPATCHER Growing service company located in Worcester MA is seeking an experienced Dispatcher. Candidate must have experience in a busy Service Department interacting with technicians and customers, organizing, prioritizing and scheduling service calls, updating data bases, web portals. This position involves extensive interactions with the Service Team throughout the day. Must be able to work under pressure and succeed by multi tasking in a fast paced environment.
