Baby rats need to be bottlefed

baby rats about 2weeks 3 weeks old need to be bottlefed.I had a rescue and paid for these little guys to come with me so I could bottle feed them because I had experience but when I moved my landlord came to check the sink drains and saw them in my home so I cannot have animals.If you know how to bottle feed them I can rehome them to you $40 each its best if they stay together. I Will not give them up for free!
