Rapid Marine is seeking service technicians / mechanics with ALL LEVELS of experience to join our family owned multi-brand marine business. If you have mechanical experience and an interest in the world of marine products, don't hesitate to apply for a position. Job Duties / Responsibilities: Repairs and warranty repair on various types of boats, boat motors; outboards, I/O's etc... Perform routine maintenance Rigging of new engine installs Rigging of new trolling motors and fish finder installs Winterizing duties and shrink-wrapping Use diagnostic tools to test/set up engine components Perform regular trailer maintenance, bearing and brake service Unloading boats, cleaning boats, shop cleaning, etc... Requirements: Previous experience installing auto or marine accessories a plus Must have a knowledge of tools and own your own set (all specialized tools for use on-site) Knowledge of shop equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must have a high-regard for cleanliness and respect for others property Good customer service skills, you will be asked to go over certain repairs directly with the customers We are offer the following: Competitive wages, Health Insurance / Dental, 401K, Paid Holidays / Vacation, and Training.
