FOREMAN POSITION: We are in search of a Working Foreman to join our team. If you are in the trades and do high-quality work you are proud of, these positions may be a great fit. We are looking for someone who is loyal, responsible, and looking for a long-term career. GENRAL REQUIREMENTS - Must have 4+ years of experience in construction. - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. - Be able to adapt to changing situations each day. - Work effectively independently and with the team. - Be a quick learner. - Ability to multi-task. - A strong work ethic. - Have reliable transportation and possession of a valid CA driver’s license. WORKING FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS - All the above requirements. - Ability to read plans. - Ability to give detailed directions. - Good customer service skills. - Bi-lingual in Spanish is welcome but not required. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS - Compensation is based on experience and very competitive. - Paid vacation, sick time, health benefit and 401k.
