Hiring Loaders/Sorters, Drivers & Sales Reps- Common Uses (Small Business) is Looking for Permanent employees. Looking for Full time and Part Time Positions available operating inside of the North Point Plaza Flea Market. Positions are also interchangeable for example, Sales rep and Sorter, Driver and Sorter. Pay range - $11.50 to $15.00 per hour Loaders $12.00 per hour- Must be able to pack a truck, move furniture, fast-paced, self-motivated with problem solving skills. Job sites on average range from 2 to 4 hour intervals,May vary depending upon size. Must be able to unload the truck and stock in-store site loading area as well. Clean out facilities, broom swept units as well as maintain cleanliness within the different properties. Drivers & Loader- Must have a valid driver's license and Insurance card. Will be required to be added to insurance policy and clear driving record. Must be able to comfortably drive a 16 foot box truck or larger. Driving may consist of primarily local routes, but can include out of state routes from time to time up to about 250 mile radius. Sorters- Must be patient, trustworthy & be able to effectively sort merchandise and process it appropriately and place it on the shelves. Must be able to assist in loading and unloading the trucks as they come in. You will need to be able to identify quality items to be sold. Problem solving skills and group items that belong together. Sales Rep- Available to work on weekends, Saturday 6:15-3:15 Sunday 7:30-3:15. Will be responsible for tagging and pricing items. Will be dealing with customers answering questions and assisting with the operations of the day. Responsible for cash register balancing and drops. Opening and closing flea market section. Work Days are Monday, Tuesday,CLOSED WEDNESDAY for now, Thursday, Friday (8 am-2pm. some days until 5pm), Saturday and Sunday. Flexible work schedules available and or / possible. Days and hours are flexible depending upon the work-load (It may vary). Reasonable flexibility with communication is a requirement. Sales Rep- Available to work on weekends, Saturday 6:15 am -3:15 pm. Sunday 7:30 am-3:15 pm. Will be responsible for tagging and pricing items. Must be W2'D employee/1099 contractor Must be energetic and used to working in a fast paced environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs or more Must be able to stand on your feet most of the day.
