Small apartment community needs a handyman/jack of all trades type of person to fill a 32 hour position. This position would include: Painting vacant units, fixing leaky faucets, cleaning the grounds/community area, getting empty apartments ready to rent. May include some light drywall, carpentry, electrical type of work. We need a self starter and someone who is willing and able to work hard without supervision. Someone with a good work ethic is a must. Some travel is required a (couple of nights per year) for company paid training events. Travel to and from the hardware store is also required. MUST have a CLEAN background, RELIABLE transportation, and strong work ethic. Must be able to lift a decent amount of weight sporadically, walk up and down stairs often, and stand on your feet. We need to fill this position immediately and if you see this ad, the job is still open. We offer $12/hour and 32 hours per week.
