Anderson Window not closing

I had this problem before and here we are again. A few of my Anderson windows are not closing properly and the cold air is still coming in! They are the crank windows so either the casement window sash needs adjusting or replacing, or something else. There are actually quite a few YouTube videos for this type of thing but my helper friend could not quite figure it out. What’s shown in the videos is slightly different that the actual windows that I have. So … that’s where you come in. I need your help, your expertise.
