Installation Crew Leader: This job requires experience, leadership, and communication with management, designers, clients, and crew. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must able to read plans, layout project on the ground, plan daily and project length tasks, and be able to assist estimating. Must have experience designing and installing irrigation systems, equipment operation including trenching, grading and boulder placement. Must have experience installing garden beds, edger, plants and trees. Must have experience installing hardscapes including patios and retaining walls. Must have experience installing landscape lighting. Carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience are also helpful. Garden Crew/Install Crew Team Member, In this position you will need to: Work Monday-Friday; some weekends will be required. As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will: mow, weed, prune, plant, and work on some irrigation. As a Landscape Installer you will; grade, install rock, sod, plants, and patios, build garden beds, and setup irrigation. Work outside in all weather. Lift/move 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Work quickly and effectively. Work with others. Irrigation Technician. In this position, the technician will: Troubleshoot and make repairs. Upgrade and install irrigation systems. Start up, audit, and winterize systems. Talk to customers. A strong candidate will possess 2 years of irrigation experience; have self-initiative and strong problem-solving expertise. · To be eligible for these positions you must: Be 18 years of age or older Have a valid driver’s license Speak English Have a minimum of 1 year landscaping experience Have reliable transportation Have a working smart phone Pay starts depending on experience.
