Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Maintain and control inventory stock levels, cycle counts and reconciling • Supply purchase orders to vendors and receive into system • Coordinate yearly physical inventory • Manage daily operations: checking all orders coming in and going out, coordinating deliveries, freight pick-ups, will calls and installs • Manage and maintain all warehouse and office staff by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training employees • Manage warehouse and office staff by coaching, monitoring, disciplining and reviewing job results • Weekly payroll • Balance monthly booking log • Maintain vendor relations and negotiate stock pricing • Order and maintain office supply and safety equipment inventories • Maintain physical condition of warehouse daily, inspecting forklifts and delivery truck ensuring all checklists and maintenance records are kept up to date. Schedule maintenance as needed • Ensure daily that all safety precautions and rules are being followed Required Experience: Candidate must have knowledge and experience in operating a warehouse. Required Skills: Must have good planning and organizing skills along with people management skills, including the ability to motivate and lead others. Phone skills, data entry, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented and a team player.
