We’re seeking a driven and reliable General Skilled Laborer to join the dedicated team at Spear’s Landscape. Qualified candidates must have minimum one year of landscaping labor experience. Job Duties/Expectations • Possess experience and skill in working with hands and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently • Demonstrated familiarity and working knowledge of landscaping equipment and common day-to-day tasks • Must have the work ethic, attitude, and stamina to complete assigned duties efficiently and effectively to keep job on schedule • Comfortable and capable of working both as part of a team and individually as necessary • Ability to work under the direction of foreman, designers, and other team members to ensure success and satisfaction for our clients • Assist in all aspects of the landscaping process, including demo, prep, planting, and constructing walls, steps, hardscapes, and more • Help load, unload, organize, maintain, and keep track of all tools, materials, and equipment • Maintain and clean tools and equipment as directed/necessary • Complete various tasks around the job site as directed by foreman • Must be personally driven and hardworking with a willingness to learn and be motivated Interested in joining the team of custom landscape professionals at Spear’s?
