Great established company has opening for a full-time apartment maintenance technician assistant at an established 55+ community. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, hard working, punctual, has a great attitude, and has a high standard for quality. WILL TRAIN! We are currently remodeling apartments as they become vacant. This person will assist the maintenance tech in various tasks, including painting, installing doors and shelves, light tile work, and other tasks as assigned. May also assist with preventative maintenance on the property and apartments, as well as other work orders. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday. Seriously considered applicants will have to pass background check and drug screening (no illegal drug use). Company currently provides 75% of dental/vision, contributes towards medical insurance, generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package with 20 days paid leave per year in addition to holidays, quarterly PROFIT SHARING after 6 months of employment, IRA retirement plan after one year (with company match!). $17.50/hour.
