Small breed female puppy

looking to adopt a female puppy. I would ideally like a small mixed breed that is hypoallergenic, such as a poodle, bison, Yorkie, Shah tau, Maltese, west, manganese, etc. Mutts are preferred as I would like to adopt a pup that needs a home rather than purchase a purebred dog. I also like Jack Russell terriers as long as they are mixed with a hypoallergenic breed.
