I have A Male German Shepherd that needs a home, he’s still a puppy and needs someone who can give him time and attention.. He’s had his shots. He does have a womb around his neck, because the previous owner had his collar too tight around his neck. They didn’t realize how fast he was growing so It was irritating his neck and cause some hair loss. There is a rehoming fee of 300$ to make sure he goes to the right home.
