As a Driver, you will: Start at $15/hour with growth potential into higher pay grades based on performance Earn tips in addition to the hourly wage. With tips, our Movers can end up making $21/hour or more! Have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses Work within a flexible schedule What is the job? Our Drivers are also Movers, so this job is VERY physically demanding! Here's a quick glance at some of the things you'll be doing: Driving box trucks ranging from 16' to 26' across the Chicagoland area. Lifting and moving heavy objects Loading, unloading, or stacking boxes, containers, furniture, and other products Wrapping furniture, electronics, appliances, and other household goods Building rapport with clients and teammates What are we looking for in new team members? Valid Driver's License and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Experienced Drivers and movers preferred Individuals who are physically fit--or who are willing to get there! Punctuality (this is extremely important!) A positive attitude High School Diploma Good communication skills The ability to work well with a wide range of people The desire to learn and build on your success
