HVAC Technician- Experienced Austin Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated business based out of Pflugerville, TX. We service Austin and the surrounding areas. We are growing fast and are looking for Service Technicians who wants to stay busy! - HVAC Service Technicians - Knowledge of Lennox, Carrier, Goodman, and Trane Equipment - Need to be able to work on damper systems - Mini- split equipment - Understanding of different types of Thermostats and communicating systems - EPA Certification - Dehumidifiers - Know and understand current Codes and be able to perform work to meet such codes ALL TECHNICIANS MUST - Have a clean driving record - Be subjected to a back ground check - Operate a Service Tablet/ Computer - Good communication - Timely and reliable - This position is required to run and on- call schedule one day a week and every 5th weekend. This job may require long hours or weekends in the busy season. There is room for growth in hourly rate after a 90 day review period is completed. Compensation: TBD - Hourly w/ commission Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick pay. 401K, health and dental benefits.
