Full-Time employee needed for fast-paced online and brick and mortar hobby shop. We are a family-owned company with a casual work environment! Job Requirements: 1) answer customer telephone calls 2) answer customer email 3) process returns 4) help process orders (print shipping labels) 5) file and complete other office tasks as needed. Must be comfortable on the computer and telephone, have a pleasing phone voice and have an upbeat, positive attitude. This is a fast-paced position so you should apply only if you are willing to move at a fast pace. Fast Movers ONLY! Accuracy is essential and a good attitude is a must.
