Dalton Management is seeking a talented maintenance technician to fill a part-time position in apartment communities in SE Portland. Work hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate is a "go-getter" who can successfully manage their time and tasks. He/She will be able to work as a team and successfully communicate with the community manager to prioritize assignments and complete tasks while working to meet budget goals. Specific Skills: High School diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws Understanding Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required The employee must have their own vehicle & tools to perform duties. Screening prior to a job offer: Background/Credit/Driving/Drug (Testing positive for THC alone will not disqualify an applicant for consideration.
