Construction & Remodel Helper and Lead

Busy residential remodeling contractor is hiring for full time construction and remodel leads and helpers to assist in custom home remodels in the Portland Metro Area. Candidates should have experience with carpentry, painting, tile, flooring, siding, and decks. The lead will oversee residential construction and remodel projects and assist in all phases of construction projects as well. 3-5 years of residential construction and/or remodel experience required. Must be able to work consistently with and without supervision. Must be respectful of client's property and conduct all tasks with safety and professionalism in mind. Must be able to perform physically demanding duties including lifting, climbing ladders, loading/unloading, digging, etc. Must pass Background Check and random drug tests. Must have drivers license and qualify for company's insurance if using the company vehicle, otherwise must have reliable transportation to get to jobsites. Smoking is not allowed on jobsites. Helper - $16-$20/hour depending on experience Lead - $20-$30/hour depending on experience
