Portland Program Assistant On-call Type: On-call Salary: $17 /hr Who We Are: We’re your friendly local furniture bank, serving the Portland area for the past 20 years. How does a furniture bank work? We connect donated household goods and furnishings to our neighbors in need, creating stronger home foundations and brighter futures. At the center of a network of over 200 partners, Community Warehouse’s work is done in collaboration with organizations throughout the region. Who We Are Looking For: We are building a roster of on-call staff members to cover the vacation and sick day shifts of our full-time employees at our Portland and Tualatin Warehouses. Duties can include working in the warehouses accepting donations, assisting with furniture deliveries, and picking up residential furniture donations.
