5 month old pup seeking new home

It is with massive heart break that I write this, but I am looking for a new home for my Big 5 month old pup, he is the sweetest boy, great with kids i have a 7 and 3 yr old, great with other dogs! He is mostly potty trained he still has accidents, knows his name very well, knows sit, come, no, and enough, he is very well behaved and well mannered for being a puppy but he does have health issues that I can unfortunately no longer provide the proper treatment and care for him, he has grown so fast he has massive growing pains each time he goes through a spurt to where he can barely get around without crying, and he seems to have hip dysplasia (undiagnosed) his hips don't meet quiet right, and he seems to have a grain allergy that has caused a couple of balding spots on his head, switching him to grain free seemed to have helped with it so far, his skin is no longer red and irritated where the tiny bits of hair are missing, but he is the sweetest, and most loving pup and deserves the absolute best life, and unfortunately I can no longer offer that to him, so I want to see him go to the most loving home, I am in no rush to get rid of him and I will make sure that who ever he goes to will be able to provide him with whatever he will need.
