I would like to have someone come in and take out all remaining items from the house and yard that were left, and to clean up well, so that I can get in there and paint. You will need to bring products and equipment to wipe, mop and sweep everything. It will require cleaning the inside of the cabinets, so a small ladder would help. The stove will need to be cleaned as well. The good thing is that the place is 98% empty, so there will not be a lot of stuff in the way. **If you have painting experience or handy-person skills, it would be great as well, but not necessary. It is 4 to 5 hours of work. Could be more if you are handy. It's entirely up to you. :)
