Welder and ongoing services possible

I'm looking for a welder to solve a table leg problem for me. I have four of the table legs shown in this photo, and I need to flip the top (mounting portion) in the other direction. Additionally, I am looking for an ongoing relationship/partnership. I am a woodworker and working on building a new furniture line. I would like to have a local relationship with someone that can help on basic projects. I have shop space, and would be willing to buy equipment if needed, I just don't have the knowledge. So, we could come up with positive arrangement for ongoing work. I'm open to hearing options. Thanks!
