Commercial construction laborer to work on projects in the Rochester, NH area. Duties may include but not limited to cleaning, material moving and demolition. • Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards • Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications • Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures The ideal candidate has a 10 hour OSHA certificate. At least one year of construction experience. Commercial demolition experience is a plus. Must be reliable, have transportation and be able to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail and focus on safety and quality is required.
