Landfare Ltd is hiring! Work outside with a great team! Great benefits including health insurance and retirement. Landfare Ltd. is recruiting and hiring full time maintenance team members. These team members are responsible for completing daily maintenance tasks for our high-end residential clients in the Upper Arlington/Grandview/Columbus metro areas. A variety of tasks to perform: Edging and mulching beds and tree rings Pruning trees and shrubs as needed Install and maintain seasonal annuals and bulbs Dead head, cut back, transplant and replace plant material as the season progresses Pick up debris around each site Weeding beds Daily maintenance of trucks and tools Maintain a safe work site at all times ​Other responsibilities but not limited to: Coordinate and communicate the work to perform with each crew team member Understanding of the safest and efficient operating techniques and maintenance on all landscape management equipment Excellent communication with the crew team members, director and clients Requirements: Must have a positive attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions A MUST! Excellent attention to detail and constant alertness Clean and professional appearance We offer great competitive hourly wages and benefits. ***Hourly rate will be determined by experience.
