Join a transitioning contemporary landscape business in southeastern Montgomery County. Work required consists of property management, client satisfaction and sensitive horticultural practices to improve the outdoor experiences of our clients. McCannscapes is based on a 50-year tradition of the McCann family landscape maintenance business. We are building upon that our excellence in property maintenance and taking those traditions towards its next vision of excellence in designing, installing and maintaining residential landscapes. We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in traditional residential landscape maintenance. It is anticipated that the right candidate will also be available to drive a pickup truck of the companies at times. Candidate with some education in Horticulture or related field beyond high school preferred. Requirements: (include but not limited to) - Willingness to learn - Understanding of typical horticultural maintenance practices - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Willingness to preform tasks as needed including; - Mowing - Planting - Spring and fall cleanup - Mulching - Limited lifting of approximately 50 pounds - Valid driver license with a clean driving record. Work Hours: Work hours are typically 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday weather depending. Time of work can be flexible depending on the right candidate’s situation. Salary commensurate with experience.
