Replace Shift Handle

I have a 2011 Ford Expedition with a worn shift handle that I'd like to replace. The linkage is fine - this involves only the knob/handle (standard (?) Gray/cream color. Gig includes you locating part, then installing. Give me an idea (a) why you're the right person for the job and (b) what you would like in terms of compensation for the job beyond the price of part.
