CORRUGATOR MANUFACTURING PLANT LOOKING FOR MAINTENANCE MECHANIC!!!
Perform all necessary maintenance work. Responsible for all needed administrative and
organizational tasks to ensure the proper maintenance of the machines.
Essential Job Functions:
Performance PM maintenance:
– Responsible for safe and healthy work environment.
– Take ownership of machine condition and performance.
Take an active role in continues improvements on the machine production output:
- Actively improve efficiency of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Safely and efficiently troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment in compliance with all plant codes, policies and procedures.
- Repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pneumatic/hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production lines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments
- Respond to all maintenance issues, both mechanical and electrical throughout the plant.
Corrugator machinery is a plus (but not required).
MUST HAVE BASIC TOOLS
Must be able to take direction under pressure as well as work OT if needed (as well as an occasional Saturday).
