OMEX is seeking a part-time janitor. The Janitor performs manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of office space, break areas, and restrooms. Disinfecting high contact surfaces in the building common and high traffic areas. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties is Monday - Friday Evenings Only at ADOT located at 214 N. Mariposa Rd. Nogales, AZ. (Monday - Friday from 9pm – 12am) Click the link below to apply: Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles. 2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, buff floors. 3. Vacuum rugs and carpets. 4. Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items. 5. Dust and clean walls, doors windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces. 6. Clean and sanitize kitchen/break room area 7. Dust, clean and polish furniture 8. Clean door glass interior and exterior. 9. Clean inside and applicable outside window glass 10. Police areas around outside of building 11. Disinfect all touch points 12. Perform related work as required and instructed Requirements: Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions in the performance of the job Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor and fellow workers Spearhead specialized projects which may or may not be directly related to cleaning. Knowledge in floor care for both carpet and hard floor Perform equipment and supply inventory at facility location Additional Information: Be able to communicate in English verbally and written.
