Position: Operations Manager
Responsibilities: Employee and Account Scheduling, Staffing, Standard Operation Procedures, Payroll, Inventory and Customer Service.
Goal: Deliver “First Class” customer and employee quality service while achieving customer and employee satisfaction.
Full-Time position
Job Duties:
• Implement all Administrative Support Duties and to be turned in at a timely fashion.
• To ensure all Accounts are properly staffed and maintaining labor percentage for profitability.
• Operations manager must meet and exceed client’s expectations.
• Answer all phone calls, text messages and voicemails from clients, management and staff within a timely fashion.
• Responsible to check payroll weekly, to ensure all employees both part-time and full-time are not exceeding their allotted hours per week, unless authorized by management.
• Operations Manager will be responsible to advise management on staff members changes and necessary corrective actions for employees.
• Operations Manager is responsible to ensure all inventory is properly stocked, organized and ordered within a timely fashion. This includes price comparison and monthly cost control for all disposable and cleaning supply purchases.
• Operations Manager is to work closely with office staff, building supervisors, and other company employees.
Goal: To Be Pro-Active instead of Re-Active.
Must have reliable transportation, clean driving history, and a valid drivers license. Company vehicle will not be provided.
