Description
The center piece is to take away automatic immunity for the cops. I don't know what to make of this sometimes. I can't figure out how shooting a man in the back 15 times as he is running away is self-defense. But neither have I any sympathy for the asshoe who does not obey a cop while they are trying to put them under arrest. You don't show respect, you don't get any from a cop.
