Recruiting for a full time Kids Camp Site Manager to work and oversee my clients Luxury Hotel's Palm Beach Kids Camp. Must have a love for kids and fun! This position works under the general supervision of the Owner and Program Director. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead and work with a group of children (ratio 1:10) with other staff. 2. Create a SAFE, HEALTHY, & FUN atmosphere for campers always. 3. Communicate efficiently with direct supervisor, manager, or director about any problems regarding the camp (i.e. accidents, complaints, requests, reservations etc.) 4. Complete a head count before and after transiting to each location (i.e. bathroom breaks, pool, beach, field, etc.). 5. Know where all group members are at all times. 6. Dress in uniform, in order to participate in all program activities. 7. Participation is required in all activities. 8. Be a positive role model at all times by displaying responsible behavior. 9. Treat all staff, supervisors, managers, and hotel personnel with respect. 10. Training and mentoring junior staff members. 11. Keep Room and office area neat and organized. 12. Assist in daily cleaning activities. 13. Willingly accept and complete to the best of your ability any job-related assignments from the Recreation Director/Manager, Program Director, Resort Manager and Site Supervisor. 15. Supervises the daily operations of KFAS Program, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards of quality and safety. 16. Create programming, schedules, and come up with craft and game ideas for the camp. This position will require strong leadership, organizational, communication and administrative skills as well as be responsible, patient, dependable, mature, independent, and able to make decisions and act with integrity. This person should also have enthusiasm and display a positive attitude as a role model for both campers and other counselors. Competitive salary, paid time off and tons of growth!
