****************BUILDING MAINTENANCE**************** IICORP, a Franchisee of Jack In The Box restaurants, is searching for reliable and motivated individuals with a history of performing general maintenance who are interested in becoming a building maintenance technician for the IICORP Houston team. Applicants should possess a strong knowledge of plumbing repairs; all other building trades (tile, sheetrock, lighting, painting and etc.) a plus. The position responsibilities will be performing building repairs to company owned restaurants throughout the Houston and surrounding area. Our corporate office is located in Irving, Texas; our areas covered are Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Waco (IICORP owns approximately 80 restaurants throughout Texas).
