Landscape Company Hiring - manager, laborers, hardscape

I am looking to hire one manager and one general laborer for my landscaping company within the next 3 weeks. The manager position will require at least two years of previous landscaping work while the general laborer will not require any past experience and can be taught everything. Tasks include cutting grass, weeding, digging, spreading mulch/rock/dirt, planting, and more. Experience is not needed just be up front about what you can do. Most importantly you must be reliable and dependable with good communication skills. We have a great reputation working with our customers and are able to stay busy all year long based on doing great work the customer is always happy with, showing up on time, and always being reliable. Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation to get to work. Can meet every morning at the same location to pack truck and head out with crew.
