Detroit/Southfield area multi-family housing community is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Technician.
We are seeking a multi-disciplined, customer-focused skilled worker who can help keep our building and its grounds looking beautiful and operating smoothly. You must be dependable and reliable, friendly, and able to operate in an environment where efficiency and organization are key.
General grounds-keeping and experience with all-around building maintenance - helps out with unit prep: knowledge in painting, drywall, and light mechanical repairs.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with apartment/housing communities.
Full Time position with excellent benefits.
Must have a positive attitude / good customer service. Team Player.
