Description
We're not even going to get a State of the Union, or address to Congress as is normal the first year of the first term of a President. Scattered old Joe would start to speak, go off script, start calling names while demanding we all get along. The networks would 'lose the signal' and that would be it for the address, Joe would be back in the basement again.
