We are a locally owned and operated house cleaning company serving homes in Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and Raleigh, and we are searching for a motivated, bilingual individual to join our management team! Job Description: The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing the work of Team Leaders and Helpers, and provide quality assurance and control, ensuring that the performance of all Teams consistently meets our high standards of quality. They help fosters a culture of accountability and continual improvement with the cleaning teams and builds client trust and satisfaction through customer service from the office and on the job site. Basic Job Duties: Uses scheduling management software to monitor dynamic job schedule. Responds to and manages incidents throughout the work day such as alarm/access issues, lock-outs, client cancellations, employee sickness, assistance with directions, etc. Completes “surprise” inspections of Teams’ work on the job site, and attends when needed, Initial Cleanings, Deep Cleanings, and Regular Maintenance Cleanings, ensuring that all client requests are accommodated by the Team. Ensures that employees are trained in Carpe Diem’s work procedures and practice company policies. Maintains a motivated work crew through effective employee relations and capable, effective leadership. Assists the Branch Manager with resolving employee conflict and issues, enforces disciplinary and corrective action for employees as needed. Work in the field as needed to supervise teams, cover sick days, or very high demand days.
