Description
Maintenance Man for family owned apartments in the Riverside and Avondale areas. Part-time. Must have: (1) minimum of 2 years related experience; (2) valid driver's license; (3) be available for 24-hour 7-day a week on-call emergency maintenance; and (4) ability to use and communicate via smart phone (email and text). Preferred Qualifications: (1) HVAC certification and (2) Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT).
Pre-hire drug screening, criminal background and credit check. References and previous employment will be verified.
$20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience. 2 weeks paid vacation/personal time off plus paid holidays.
