Looking for a housekeeper for our VRBO in Sanger, TX- located on Lake Ray Roberts. Large home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, game room, and outdoor living space. Home needs to be cleaned/sanitized/properly arranged after each guest occupancy. Job will be approx. 2-3 times/month, as it will vary with seasons. Applicant requirements: Clean background check- housekeeper will be trusted with access to the home when owner may/may not be present. Reliability- notification of cleaning will be given 3-5 days prior to date needed; availability should be guaranteed. Consistency in their work- cleaning/sanitizing/arranging should be done just as thorough each time; this is critical, especially during a pandemic. Willing to take initiative- in addition to a routine cleaning list, applicant should be able to notice and take the initiative to clean/adjust things that may differ after each guest in order to return home to its proper state. Take pride in their work- applicant should be someone who will leave each cleaning knowing they did the best job possible and can assure the home is clean, properly sanitized, and organized. Good communication: housekeeper will need to notify the owner when cleaning supplies are needed, household items/toiletries are low in stock, appliances/electronics are not in working order, any repairs needed, items broken by guests, etc. This job is expected to require 6-8 hours but does not have a min. or max. for getting the job done. Additional job requests may be needed, such as, meeting maintenance persons at home when owner cannot be present. Notice of these requests will be given days in advance, and additional compensation will be paid. Benefits: established housekeeper will be allowed time to use property for personal/family vacation use. Serious applicants only. Booking season has kicked off, so job would start ASAP.
