Family looking for Dog

Hello, we are looking for an emotional support dog for our 9 and 7 year old daughters. Breed doesn’t matter but preferably not over the age of 7. I cannot drive due to not having a car so going to multiple shelters is hard and quite expensive. I do have a way to take care of it since we have a large pet store near us and also a vet clinic so we would walk the dog with us everywhere. I don’t want to spend no more that $100 since I would need to buy necessities for the it and get it checked when I receive it. Also I’m willing to pay gas for delivery on top of the rehoming fee since I know gas isn’t cheap. Please feel free to respond I’m available at all times since I homeschool and my husband works from home.
