Immediate Openings – Maintenance Technicians ** HIRING IMMEDIATELY **Looking for full time maintenance technicians to work for a busy Clearwater Beach maintenance company. We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable and experienced in the following areas: - Electrical - repair, replace or install outlets, switches, fuses, light fixtures, ceiling fans - Drywall – install, repair and paint - Plumbing - repair, replace or install faucets, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals Ideal candidate: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a skilled trade (plumbing, electrical, drywall finishing, etc) - Availability to work rotating Saturdays - Self-motivation and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and follow direction Requirements – - Must have own vehicle (truck preferred) - Basic hand tools - Smart Phone with unlimited data plan.
