Our Demo Helper position requires a dependable and reliable person who takes pride in their work. Good communication and friendly relationship with the supervisors, customers and team members is a requirement! Requirements of a Demo Helper: -Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and good driving record -Must be able to lift heavy items, assist in loading and unloading trucks -Demo (construction) experience required -Ability to pass a drug screen -Pass a thorough background check -Knowledge of construction materials -Ability to learn new things -Demo help at various job sites as needed -General remodeling help at various job sites as needed -Framing, drywall hanging experience preferred, not required. -Ability to work with a team and take instruction -Willing to learn and grow within the company Benefits: We offer excellent benefits after 60 days of employment: -Health insurance (50% premium paid for employee), vision, dental & MORE! -Employee bonus' after 6 months of employment & vehicle allowance after 13 months of employment! -Six paid holidays per year -401K retirement plans with 4% matching contribution. -One week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. -Competitive pay based on skills and experience -In house training room to help our employees grow within the company!
