Description
I am in need of a handyman to do some basic work around the house. Probably looking at several days worth of work. Very flexible on the hours that you can work and the days that you want to work. I am estimating 60 hours work work, but it could be as high as 80 to 100 for all I know. But just to be honest, I really have no idea. Looking to pay hourly. Ballpark of $20 p/h and I will supply all parts. I have attached a few pictures below of some of the jobs. Here is a list of some of the stuff that needs to be done: The first priority is installing a doggy drinking fountain. Please see the link for the details: Before the winter, I had a leak in the roof. I had a buddy come over and fix the roof. However, we didn’t wanna seal the hole, until we knew that the week was fixed. Then it got cold, and it just got put on the back burner. So I need the hole in my ceiling in my den fixed. One door needs to be realigned with the lock Overhead ceiling fan wobbles Another overhead ceiling fan light blinks when the light is on Sliding door and a closet needs to be rehung or something There are two leaks in the basement, we need to figure out why and what we need to do to fix it I had a garbage disposal and a sink that was not working. My friend who claim to know what he was doing, did a shitty job of removing the garbage disposal and installing the pipe. I need someone to come in and fix it, and install a P-trap There is a cold spot in the kitchen, I need to figure out what we can do about that, and install insulation if necessary. The back deck railing is falling off, and I want to reinstall it. There was a small piece of fence that I need to fix Hang a curtain Install a toilet seat Seal a shower Run Internet cables from one side of the house to the other Install a bathroom fan install some window tint (similar to: VELIMAX Static Cling Total Blackout Window Film Privacy Room Darkening Window Tint Black Window Cover 100% Light Blocking No Glue (17.7 x 78.7 inches) ) Install a chimney grate that fell off Fix some kitchen cabinets and install some door locks And there are some other things. Email me back with your qualifications. A resume would be helpful. I’m looking for someone that I can trust. Not just a warm body. So the more information you tell me, the more likely I am to respond to you. I own my own business, and hire people on a regular basis. So I’m treating this like a job interview type thing. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Good luck
